The Nigerian Association of Food Science and Technology Students (NAFSTS), Ebonyi State University Chapter, is currently hosting: “The Mind-Shift Summit, focused on “Food Entrepreneurship, Nutrition, and Security”.
The summit has drawn large number students, academics, and industry professionals to discuss innovative solutions for challenges in the food sector.
while our correspondent interacted with some students yesterday, they expressed excitement and interest, encouraging others students to participate in the ongoing submit just as seen in the large number of students currently participating in the Summit.
Keynote speakers including Prof. Francis C. Ekwu, Former Dean, Faculty of Agriculture & Natural Resources Management., Prof. H.A. Sunday-Joshua, Head of Department of Food science and technology. Ebonyi State University, and Dr. Stephen Odo, Dir. Ebonyi State Small & Medium Enterprise Dev. Agency. Nigeria, Mr. Samuel Godsword, Pastor/C.E.O, Sogalens Digitals.
As at this moment, there’s an ongoing impactful presentation on the urgent need of advancing food entrepreneurship and security in Nigeria.
